3. Booking and Appointments

Appointments can be scheduled through our website, by phone, or in person.

We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time.
Walk-ins are welcome based on availability but are not guaranteed.
Changes or cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid charges.
No-shows or late cancellations may result in a fee.

4. Health and Safety

To ensure the safety of all pets and staff:

Pets must be in good health and up-to-date on vaccinations.
You must inform us of any health conditions, allergies, or behavioral concerns.
We reserve the right to refuse service to any pet that shows signs of aggression, illness, or is unfit for grooming.
In case of emergency, we may seek immediate veterinary care at your expense.

5. Pet Behavior and Risk Acknowledgment

While we take every precaution for your pet’s safety, grooming can sometimes expose or aggravate underlying conditions. FurryBells Pet Salon is not liable for pre-existing conditions, stress-related issues, or injuries resulting from difficult behavior or grooming procedures. Owners are financially and legally responsible for any harm caused by their pet to staff, equipment, or other pets.

6. Pricing and Payments

Pricing is based on your pet’s breed, size, coat condition, and behavior.
Any additional treatments or time required due to matting, fleas, or temperament will be charged accordingly.
Full payment is due at the time of service.
We accept cash, major credit/debit cards, and approved digital payment methods.

7. Media Consent

We may take photos or videos of pets during or after grooming to use for marketing purposes on our website and social media. If you prefer not to have your pet photographed, please let us know at the time of your appointment.

8. Website Use

You agree not to misuse our website, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with its functionality. All content on the website, including but not limited to logos, images, text, videos, and graphics, is the intellectual property of FurryBells Pet Salon.
